A new house in a new estate with prescribed palette of colours and materials. The site being on the edge of a bushland is bushfire prone with bushfire attack rating of BAL 40 and BAL Flame Zone.
The design works with the site slope, stepping the building down in three levels and presents a single-storey form to the the street. The entry and bedrooms are located on the street level with the garage and service spaces are located on the mid-level, while the living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the lower level.
