This project is a house and pool addition for a growing family in Belmont. The addition is cut into the lower section of the site with the pool and landscaped walls used to form a level courtyard area off the new living space.
The addition opens the house up the the backyard, bringing sunlight and breezes into the new living space. The use of simple form and pared-back materials allows the project to be economically constructed.
